Still losing in dribs and drabs

I'm down .2 pouds this week - this is the way I lose weight - slow and steady. I'm doing eveything I can by eating right and exercising steadily even putting in some extra walking. I kind of feel like the tortoise from the tortoise and the hare....

    I'm also a tortoise wishing I was a hare. LOL. I guess we will eventually get to the finish line but it sure is slow going.
