Flying Fit Challenge

I get the Flylady e-mails daily and she mentioned a Flying Fit Challenge which would be good for me. With the challenge is daily activities they e-mail for us to do and writing exercises to get our thoughts out there. I figured I would post them on here.
Why I am committing to participate in the FLYing Fit Challenge & What I hope to Accomplish!
7 Weeks starting 2/28/11
Here are my Goals for the 7 weeks:
For the next 7 weeks I want to work out 5x’s a week. I want to write down everything I eat and consume 8 cups of water a day. I want to get out of the 170’s.
Why I want to be active (get or stay fit and/or lose weight):
I am not happy with myself. I haven’t been able to fit into the clothes I truly love for a long time now. I’m concerned about my health in the long run. I need to make these healthy habits stick. I want to be the person I know I can be.
Explain to yourself why you deserve to make yourself and your health a top priority:
By making my health a top priority I’ll be a better wife and mother. I’ll be happier with myself which will in turn help my anxiety and confidence. I’ll ward off health problems in the future so I won’t end up being a burden to anyone.
My Primary Motivation Is:
I am tired of telling myself I am finally going to do it and not following through, I am sick of beating myself up because of my weight and/or lack of exercise consistency. I’m not happy with the results of the cholesterol that came back on my blood test. I’m tired of every year picking up a pound here or there.
My Personal Boston Marathon is:
I’ll walk a 5K - 3.11 miles
