Trying to break that Plateau

not an easy thing to do!. I have been waffling between 50 and 51 pounds gone since August 2010....... It is time for something to change!... I am going to track what I eat and see what happens this week..... I need to weigh my food as well. I just need to be more accountable to myself or maybe to someone? At least I haven't gained any and that is a very good thing. but I need to see the scale to move on the down side of things.
