I'm happy to report that I've been exercising pretty consistently and I'm starting to see the pounds drop!

Its amazing what one can do when you honestly put your mind to it.

Years past, I would exercise for 4 days and then not exercise again for 4 weeks.

But since I've been on SP, I've stepped up my game, joined a few spark teams, and committed myself mentally to my goal. Yaaay!
