Was reading some blogs about LISTS.

Why is it that we want our Honey Do lists taken care of in a timely manner?
Some of those things might have been wanting to be done for a while, yet we want them done right away.

My Lists. If not today, maybe tomorrow or someday.

Which is more important MINE or the HONEY DO. DH might not think either is more important than the other, it just depends on who made the list.

Date and categorize the importance of the items on the list into:
MUST DO ASAP - within 1-2 weeks
NEED TO BE DONE SOON - within a month
DO WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE - within 3 months

Each day take care of 1 to 2 of the ASAP's.
Each week take care of 2 to 3 of the NTBDS's.
Each month take care of 3 to 4 of the DWYGAC's.

Your list will get smaller and you will have a sense of accomplishment.
If you do this for your HONEY DO list, the DH knows he has a time frame.

Now, time to make my lists.

HaHaHa! emoticon I just love this blog! I'm always making honey do lists but never one for me!
My hubby keeps asking me to stop watching HGTV all the time because he keeps getting things added to his list.
I do like your organizational skills with the lists. I will definitely give it a try! Thanks for sharing! emoticon

My honey doesn't do lists! ha ha

I've learned to live with his style of (not) getting things done. Actually, it is his unique sense of priorities that I've had to get used to.
