Everyday I wake up, I have this weight loss thing on my mind. Some days I feel like I'm going through these tug of war decisions of things that I gotta do, but don't necessarily want to do.
1. Getting out of bed OR rolling back over for another nap.
2. Fix a decent nutritious breakfast OR hit the McDonalds Drive Thru for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.
3. Get my exercise minutes in for the day OR plop down on the couch and watch a movie.
I imagine myself in a pair of jeans thats 2 sizes smaller than what I wear now. :-)
Ok! Ok! I know what I need to do now! Gotta go fix my breakfast!
