Oh man I'm not a fan of the time change. I felt like it took me forever to go to sleep last night. My 8 year old told me the same thing that he woke up off and on. How is it that changing one measly hour has that big of an effect??

I appreciate the good thoughts sent my way on my last blog about my teeth. Basically I'm just trying to keep busy and not think about it. I mean truly there is no sense worrying about what I can't change. This is a *good* thing to have over and done so I'm hanging onto that thought.

I took a rest day on Saturday and Sunday I took Daisy out for a walk/jog. I try to balance things out with my workouts. Wii Active has me scheduled to do that 4 days a week so on those 4 days I'll usually add some Zumba wii or stationary biking to burn a few extra calories. Running in and of itself wears me out just fine but I like to do it at least twice a week so I see progress there. I'm happy to see that I'm getting faster though. Every time I go out I'm trying to push myself a little longer for my jogging streaks. Right now I'm just under a 15 minute mile which its neat to see that.

That is about it for today. My son has a half day and I need to get some housework done! Have a great day everyone.

not a fan either. I'm very out of sorts today. Luckily I thought ahead and packed all my food for the day, or I'd be headed out for something more comforting!
