Has spring break arrived yet?

Oh me, oh my, what a long week. I right now am so looking forward to break. Despite work/school potlucks yesterday I did eat fairly healthy but I did not want to go to class. I did go, had a nice time. Learned a little about how cheese is made, tried a few cheese that our instructor brought in. The blue cheese and locally made cheddar where bitter and gross. Like blue cheese dressing but not blue cheese its self. As for corn beef soup, not bad, the irish lagers also pretty good but oh such a long night. Glad classes are done for this week.

A few days ago I posted "the 100 workout" I have not yet attempted to tackle this because I am dealing with shin trouble while running again which is annoying me because I enjoy running but not pain. Spoke with a few runneers I know and was advised that sprinting maybe more my speed so going to give some speed running on the trails a try this weekend. Also have my sister on board to go try a class at the Y tomorrow and am leaning toward group cycle at 715 in the morning or a body step class at 910. Maybe both, can always do that based on how one feels, chill in the sauna a bit in between maybe and melt/purge some body fat, lol.

Not much else new or interesting. Finals next week and a presentation so oodles to do this week regarding all/both but I will get it done. Some of what I desire to accomplish is prep work for finals seeing as we can use notes on our tests so planning a head a little bit versus waiting until the last minute.
