First of all, I want to thank ALL of my spark friends and those that "just stopped by"!! I have never gotten more encouragement in my life! You guys/gals are the bestest in the whole world! YOU are what gave me back the motivation that I needed!

I walked on my new treadmill (for the first time), ate healthy, passed on the evening snacks and got enough sleep!

Today, I have already walked OVER 8,185 steps!!! WOOHOO!!! Plus, For breakfast I had one package of peanut butter crackers. For lunch I had 2 servings of jello and a bowl of popcorn and then,when we went out to dinner tonight (Red Lobster), I only ate ONE biscuit and a salad, broccoli, baked potato, plus a lobster. For me that is terrific! AND, NO SOFT DRINKS TODAY!! Only water!!!

Thanks you guys! I couldn't have done it without you!!!!!!!
I love being a spark!

    Great self control at Red Lobster! One thing that helps me stop eating is eating some protein with each meal. If I get too little protein, I start snacking on those magic milano cookies. emoticon

    Springtime stepping! emoticon And healthy eating too! Sometimes it's tough to balance those known-treat days (eating out) with fewer calories before plus more daily movement. Keep it up! emoticon

    emoticon See I knew you could do it. Woo Hoo!!! I don't even purchase soda anymore. I do my very best to keep it out of the house. I only get it in if there is something special going on or if we are sick with stomach virus or very sore throats. If someone in the family brings it in I don't have a fit or anything but if it is not around it is not a temptation to fill up on empty calories. Make sure you are getting in your 12oo calorie minimum for the day so that you don't go into starvation mode darlin. You will rock the house. You just need to remember this is for you and only you and you will do amazing things!
