YES, I DID!!!
First of all, I want to thank ALL of my spark friends and those that "just stopped by"!! I have never gotten more encouragement in my life! You guys/gals are the bestest in the whole world! YOU are what gave me back the motivation that I needed!
I walked on my new treadmill (for the first time), ate healthy, passed on the evening snacks and got enough sleep!
Today, I have already walked OVER 8,185 steps!!! WOOHOO!!! Plus, For breakfast I had one package of peanut butter crackers. For lunch I had 2 servings of jello and a bowl of popcorn and then,when we went out to dinner tonight (Red Lobster), I only ate ONE biscuit and a salad, broccoli, baked potato, plus a lobster. For me that is terrific! AND, NO SOFT DRINKS TODAY!! Only water!!!
Thanks you guys! I couldn't have done it without you!!!!!!!
