Things are going well this week. Sometimes when things are going good you have a lot to say and other times none. I still want to make sure I'm blogging regardless because I feel its a good way to stay connected. I even have blogging to come up on my to-do list on my phone 3x's a week LOL.
I'm really enjoying Chalean Extreme and this is my 2nd week with it. Last night I knew I wasn't going to be able to get up at 6 and get at least 7 hours of sleep so I still have to get my workout in.
Tuesday I got up at 6, on 6ish hours of sleep, and went for a jog. I felt good doing it but I had a hard time getting my head clear and felt like I was running in a partial fog. Usually when I get up early it only takes about 15 minutes to get going. Then about noon time I felt like I was going to crash. I just couldn't stop yawning at all! I wanted to take a nap but I had dinner to make for my hubby's birthday.
So it seems for me the magic number of sleep hours is at least 7 if not 8. Yesterday I was able to get 7 hours and I was magically waking up at 6 so that is a good thing.
So fitness/health wise that is pretty much what is going on here. I've got indoor cleaning to get done today, my workout, and maybe some outside time in the garden. Hope everyone is getting good weather like we are in Maryland. Its been really nice here!
