I don't know about everyone else but sometimes it seems hard to find a balance.
Right now I feel like I'm bringing it pretty good with exercise but I could do way better on my diet. Or in the past if I've watched my diet I've neglected to exercise. I, for some odd reason, find it hard to find a balance. Its like I can focus on one but just be ok on the other. I know I can do better on this.
Its not that I eat completely horribly but if I want something I eat it. I'll track calories really well during the day but in the evening I find it harder. Especially if I cook something. I know there are great benefits to planning your meals out a head of time and its something I'm currently not doing. That could be the next step for me.
I want more. I'm ready for more. I truly thing that if I put my mind to it I can see both benefits from exercise and watching my diet better. Other people on the spark do it all the time and I know I can also.
Hope everyone has a good weekend! I'm hoping for a little less rain than we have been getting. Maryland is saturated!!!
