Where I am now-
My current stats
Weight: 174.8

-are important because it helps us see the bigger picture. Some times the scale is at a standstill but that doesn't mean our bodies are!
So we need to keep track!

-calves: 16.5
-thigh: 26.25
-hips: 43.5
-waist: 36
-chest: 36
-upper arm: 13
-forearm: 10.5
-neck: 13.5

And start thinking about how you will take on the next 3 months. Sure, we are going to be hot, sweaty, and vulnerable to unhealthy food choices.
It's summer. It's vacation time. Don't let this get in your way! Focus on the awesomeness of YOU!

My biggest summer weakness is most likely staying on schedule for workouts. With my oldest son on school vacation and starting to get lazy about getting up, getting to bed on time...it all throws me off. I'm really going to try and stay fairly close to a school schedule this year.

Getting fit and feeling healthy is important to me because it helps me emotionally. I feel better about myself not just physically but mentally.

And last but not least- what do you want to accomplish over the next 3 months? Tell us at least one fitness related goal-(anything goes!)

I want to see some more inches gone from all over. I don't care so much about the actual scale number but I would like to see inches gone.
