THIS IS YOUR SUMMER!!!!!!!
What do you love to do for cardio? Get out and move a little each day, and do some serious cardio at least twice. How many minutes/what was the intensity for the past 5 days? (keep track for next week!)
I felt a little derailed this week. I had been using my little mantis tiller in my garden but overdid it a bit. I know they advertise those for grandpas and grandmas in the garden but its got kick and literally if you hit the gas fast enough its more like doing a bajillion back rows. So listening to my back I took it a bit easy.
I did get in Chalean Burn Intervals though last week and a run yesterday. I also hopped on my exercise bike a bit in between there.
Work your muscles:
Lower Body/Upper body/Core or a mix- Try to fit in 2 days of ST before Monday and tell us about it. (keep track of reps/weight for next week)
I would have to check but I think I only did one day of Chalean last week (the back thing). Burn Intervals has weight lifting incorporated into it. Still I didn't get quite the muscle workout I was really looking for last week.
If you’ve never tracked a bite of food, it’s time to start! It doesn’t need to be perfect but losing weight is a science. Tracking food (whether you go over or not) is vital to getting fit and healthy.
I will say I've done fairly well tracking. It most certainly hasn't been perfect but I do fairly well and I do eat better when I track.
Drink it! It hydrates you, curbs hunger, and makes your skin look fabulous! Have trouble remembering? Buy a 32 ouncer (Nalgene, Camelbak, etc) and fill, drink, repeat. Congrats on drinking 8 glasses!
YAY I do pretty good on this one!
Get at least 15-30 minutes of sun exposure 2-4 times this week. Vitamin D is essential for those healthy bones we are building (wear at least SPF 15) Reduce stress and enhance your mood with a 30 minute walk in your neighborhood!

I've been getting that done also. I'm slowly reading through The Spark bit by bit every day.
