Ernestine Shepard is an inspiration , motivation and a cause for celebration for all of us that know that our bodies are capable of so much more than we think!
At 74 years old this determined woman bench presses 150 lbs , runs 10 miles a day at 3 am and has 10% body fat! As if that were all.....she is also a certified trainer!!! She started her fitness journey at the ripe age of 56! Another example of "it's never to late to start your health and fitness journey no matter what age you are!"
By golly, if she can do it.....then SO CAN YOU!!!!!!!!!
