Ok, I went on a cruise 2 months ago. Before the cruise, I was exercicing and eating good. I had lost a few pounds and was 5 pounds over my healthy weight. While on the cruise, I didn't watch myself and gain 5 pounds (that didn't surprise me). But, since I am back, I can't get back on track and gain another 3 pounds. I might do exercice once a week and am eating a lot of junk!!! I want to get back on track, but I have to find another motivation.
Please Help Me!!!!!
