Ok, I went on a cruise 2 months ago. Before the cruise, I was exercicing and eating good. I had lost a few pounds and was 5 pounds over my healthy weight. While on the cruise, I didn't watch myself and gain 5 pounds (that didn't surprise me). But, since I am back, I can't get back on track and gain another 3 pounds. I might do exercice once a week and am eating a lot of junk!!! I want to get back on track, but I have to find another motivation.
Please Help Me!!!!!

It's hard when we get out of routine - start small and focus on the things you do. Keep moving forward and don't give up on your healthy lifestyle!

You are worth it. Plain a simple you can take a few small steps toward what you want because you are worth it. So instead of attempting to get back to where you were, you may wish to think of three small steps that you could take that would shift you toward making good choices. Small steps will bring a bit more success and positive feelings.

I hope you go after those versus the not so positive spiral that we can fall into.

I know you can because I've been where you are and I've see both sides. Go get 'em!

So you messed up? Big deal, we all do from time to time, but don't let that be your excuse to keep eating and not exercising. It took me a while to get back on track, but I took it one day at a time. I didn't think about how much I had to lose or how out of shape I was, etc. I got up each morning, ate my breakfast and went from there. emoticon

Forget about what you have done wrong the day before. Focus on TODAY! Today is all that matters, so focus on your goals for TODAY so you won't regret it again tomorrow.
