DIY Challenge Instructions 7/11-7/14 Assignment 4
I confess, this weekend I didn't exercise!
BUT! I also am very proud to report that I really rocked my leg workout yesterday (7/11).
So I am forgiving myself and moving forward TODAY because I have goals I want to reach dang it!d
My biggest motivation for this week is the fact that I want to stay on track.
And I'm setting one major goal for myself this week, which is to bring it to each and every workout I do.
