Why does it seem so hard?

Okay gals and guys... I am back again. It seems to be a pattern for me, Ha! I always have a positive outlook (even though it may be through rose colored glasses). I started thinking about tracking 8 days ago. I have done okay. I have added fruit and veggies. Yeah for me!!
I really wanted to start training again for 5K- just 'cause it was so fun!! (and I lost those pesky inches!) But I have officially been diagnosed with Platar fasciitis..... oh dread!! No more cute sandals and pretty pedicures for work!! :( More like shoe inserts and tennis shoes to go with my dress attire for work. :( :( Okay pity party is over Trace!!!!! Fix those feet so you can use them to get healthy!!
My slow plan of attack is to take medicine and wear my tennis shoes for 8 weeks (October 3) by then I should be able to get my food intake a little more under control. I think I may put my bike to good use during this time, the doctor said biking is great cross-training for people suffering from heel pain.
Oh yeah, and this week I am going to change my weight tracker... it seems so hard to do!
It is painful to wipe out my progress from so long ago. I am going to make a copy of where I left off and then maybe that will be on my mirror in my bedroom as an incentive.
