A new week!

Last week was really, really crappy. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it did. By the end of the week, when the last big whammy hit me, I couldn't even react. I was just numb from a week of whammies.

I did manage to do Walk It Out twice last week, for more than 30 minutes total. And that was my goal- 30 minutes a week. And even in the midst of the week from hell, I did it. I also drank my 8 cups of water a day. Some days it was hard, but I did it.

My Home Routines slipped, as did my meal planning. But that's okay. EVERYTHING could have fallen by the wayside last week, but it didn't. Again, baby steps. And I will NOT beat myself up for what I didn't accomplish. I will continue to celebrate what I DID accomplish.

This is a new week (okay, it's Tuesday, but yesterday was pretty good). I WILL keep moving for my 30 minutes a week. I WILL keep drinking my water. I WILL plan meals for the next week. I WILL use my Home Routines app to stay on track.

    Good for you for getting that 30 minutes in, despite life throwing roadblocks in your way! That is so good. Keep focusing on what you DID, and what you accomplished. Once what you're doing becomes a habit, you can up the ante and move on to new goals. But for now-you are in a great place, so keep it up!
