Ok this has not been a week that gratitude seemed to a abound. Whiney was a much more descriptive word. Not because things were bad but just because they were not exactly as I wanted them.

So here is a list of things that I am grateful for that happened this week.

I had lunch with my daughter and Josh.
Some person that I do not know who, cut up the big fallen branches in my yard Saturday while I was out of town and stacked them so the city would pick them up.
I lost my electricity this morning. They said around 2 hours before I would be back in service. I have electiricty now after only an hour. It was alredy 90 when I called them I have friends who offered me a place to stay if it could not be fixed quickly.
I have lost 2 pounds this week Even with a couple of bad days of eating, I managed to exercise every day.

Just writing them down reminds me that I have a whole lot of good in my life. Blessings every one.

    I know that must have been great to come home and see the wood neatly cut and stacked! What a nice thing for someone to do!

    Wow, Mirbah! Congratulations - two more pounds! That is great news - shows you're changing your lifestyle with all your hard work - new habits which are resulting in greater health! Good for you! Keep up the great work.

    I hope some of the other things that aren't good in your life turn around SOON so you can add those answers to prayer to the list of things you're grateful for...
