Is it Really September Already?

Wow, time had really flown by, during august I went on two trips, started college, and lost 6 pounds, earned 1,304 spark points, did 1,450 fitness minutes, became a spark people motivator, and had a popular blog post. Phew, what a month! But now all of a sudden here comes September!

So Here are my goals:
- reach the 140's (about 7 pounds away)
- run 40 miles (about ten a week)
- pack my lunch twice a week
- start focusing on water consumption (8 glasses a day)
- 1,500 fitness minutes
- 1,500 spark points
- Run a 10k (.2 miles more than my longest run)

What are some of your goals for September????

    Way to go! I have begun getting back on the bike and am pledging to do miles each day. Trying to be good about getting to bed at a reasonable hour and eating sensibly. With my birthday tomorrow I will be hard pressed to keep that last one but sure will do my best. Thanks for the inspiration!

    Glad to see you are really into a healthy life style & loosing some unwanted pounds.
    I have just been going up & down. What I need most is to beable to get out in the country,
    This month I am going to try to get started on a one day a week vegetable juice diet. Then when I can have a good garden, go on a vegetable juice diet one week every month. Just read about it today.

    My first goal is to finish Supreme 90 (which should happen tomorrow).

    I am working on creating a fitness plan for this fall, but somewhere in there will be a training for running. I really want to do the Tough Mudder next year and it is 10k long. Even though it isn't a continuous run, I DO need to be able to run and I can only do an 1/8th mile running right now so I have my work cut out for me.

    So, I guess to keep it simple, my September goals will be:
    1. Work on continuing transitioning to a weight maintenance mode.
    2. Create a fitness plan to keep up my current fitness level and begin adding running to it.

    summer did pass so incredibly quickly, didn't it? you've done brilliantly with your goals, well done. my goals are to lose 8lbs in september (2 down today, i'm on my way), drink 8 glasses of water a day and to begin the 30 day challenge on my wii active program (starting today!). xx

    Great Goals ... you are doing fantastic! My goal is to finish the Summer 5% challenge and join the 2011 Fall 5% challenge to loose 5% of my body weight.
