Is it Really September Already?

Wow, time had really flown by, during august I went on two trips, started college, and lost 6 pounds, earned 1,304 spark points, did 1,450 fitness minutes, became a spark people motivator, and had a popular blog post. Phew, what a month! But now all of a sudden here comes September!
So Here are my goals:
- reach the 140's (about 7 pounds away)
- run 40 miles (about ten a week)
- pack my lunch twice a week
- start focusing on water consumption (8 glasses a day)
- 1,500 fitness minutes
- 1,500 spark points
- Run a 10k (.2 miles more than my longest run)
