Pimp my Pride challenge starting pics

Here are pictures I took Monday afternoon for the PMP challenge. I have already been doing ST at least twice a week for the last 6 weeks or so, and of course I neglected to take pics before-hand, so these are more like halfway pics! My secret weapon - I have been using a personal trainer. I love not having to think about everything so much. Sometimes I'm really tired, or not feeling well, whether it's emotionally or physically, and those are days I would have just gone home and laid on the couch all night, but since I already had an appointment scheduled I would just show up anyway because I feel like I can't let her down! I always feel better by the end of the session! I have to admit I have had waaay too many hangover days, drunken nights, buffet dinners, laying around being lazy, etc. For instance last night we went to Olive Garden, got the unlimited pasta bowl, drank a couple bottles of wine, and I only got 4 hours of sleep and felt terrible all day. I did not exercise today. Yesterday, (the challenge start date!) I had my personal training appt and did a great arm workout,.. it was one of those days I almost canceled because of lack of sleep. Tomorrow I am going to do legs on my own.
I also recently signed up for the Run Like Hell 5k where I get to dress up like a zombie and run around downtown portland! It's October 22 and I definitely need to get my running endurance up. OK here are the pics. They are kind of blurry but the best I could do with the lighting conditions in my house! Oh and please excuse the mess... I am not the greatest with organization... haha
