So things are going pretty good! This morning I did Turbofire 30 for the first time in a while. It was not easy but enjoyable.
Friday Chalene Johnson released her new Push book materials online. I've done her 30 day push before. So far what she has to say is a little similar to that. It looks like Day 4 will be a bit different so I'm excited about that. I really like that woman!
Sometimes I feel like its information overload out there in regards to diet and exercise. I think for now I'm going to alternate weight training with Turbofire. Generally I'm too tired after turbofire to even consider weight lifting. Even if I reversed it...doing weights first...there is no way I could hang for TF. I think the right thing for me will be 3 days of weights maybe followed by walks or stationary biking if I have the time and 3 specific cardio days. That is what I'm going to try for now.
