Monday Update..

So things are going pretty good! This morning I did Turbofire 30 for the first time in a while. It was not easy but enjoyable.

Friday Chalene Johnson released her new Push book materials online. I've done her 30 day push before. So far what she has to say is a little similar to that. It looks like Day 4 will be a bit different so I'm excited about that. I really like that woman!

Sometimes I feel like its information overload out there in regards to diet and exercise. I think for now I'm going to alternate weight training with Turbofire. Generally I'm too tired after turbofire to even consider weight lifting. Even if I reversed it...doing weights first...there is no way I could hang for TF. I think the right thing for me will be 3 days of weights maybe followed by walks or stationary biking if I have the time and 3 specific cardio days. That is what I'm going to try for now.

    do what makes you happy and fits your life, switching it up and back and forth is totally great, your body will love you for it. it is a bit of info overload anytime you start a new pursuit, as always you will sift thru it, and find what works best for you, which is always in flux also!! keep rockin it gal!
