where did my motivation go????

Saturday, December 10, 2011

when I started on track last July, I was full steam ahead, no looking back. I could avoid temptations and didn't have issues daily to try and stay on track..... now, the whole last month has been challenging.... can't figure out why it's been so difficult and what part of the puzzle I am missing this time around.

It's in your top left dresser drawer. Just dust it off and it'll be good as new.

Maybe it ran away to join my motivation which is in hiding somewhere. Maybe it moved to Florida to enjoy the beautiful weather. I hope you can hang in there until you find your motivation again.
I keep thinking about doing another collage to see if it might bring some of my motivation back by reminding me of why I started this thing.

The challenge of the holidays and sometimes just needing a break might be contributing to things. Don't forget, I was on that horrid plateau until I joined WW. Things are stagnant for me too but everyday the scale didn't go up is a success!!

Stay warm, kiss those pets for me!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

When you find out let me know. I've been having a heck of a time getting back on track. I need to get back on track!

I know, me too, I did so good, lost down to my goal weight, and since then I have put back on 10 pounds, I know my problem, I do not log everything I eat, and I eat too much. and I liked me so much better 10 pounds lighter, I felt much better, but, I did feel a bit cheated some times. beats me,
