Just a quick check in on a Saturday. I'm feeling better thankfully!
Twice this week I went for walk/jogs LOL. Wednesday was the first day I started to feel much better and surprised myself by squeezing in a 30 min w-jog. Friday I got in another one. I try not to jog every day because I have a tendency to get shin splints and hip bursitis. I have to build those muscles up.
Today I want to get out again and at least walk. I want to get my step activity up on the fitbit. I will say that is one plus about that thing. It really keeps me aware of just how active I am.
