Just a quick check in on a Saturday. I'm feeling better thankfully!

Twice this week I went for walk/jogs LOL. Wednesday was the first day I started to feel much better and surprised myself by squeezing in a 30 min w-jog. Friday I got in another one. I try not to jog every day because I have a tendency to get shin splints and hip bursitis. I have to build those muscles up.

Today I want to get out again and at least walk. I want to get my step activity up on the fitbit. I will say that is one plus about that thing. It really keeps me aware of just how active I am.

    Doesn't it feel good to get outside and enjoy the sun? Is it unusually mild where you are? It's been crazy warm weather up here in New England with the occasional cold day or two.

    Way to Go!! I agree, I use a pedometer, and some days the low step count will really motivate me to turn it around while I can. I try for 10,000 a day. Most days I make it or very close.
