This Week I Will.... (Jan 9th)

1. Go for at least 1 more jog and mix things up with at least 2 other days of cardio.
2. Get in at least 2 strength training sessions.
3. Get in bed earlier...anything after 11:30 is way too late and 11 is even better.
4. Plan at least one trail walk/hike I don't normally get to do for this month.
5. Meditate at least 2x's which is something new I'm trying.
6. Be grateful!
Thought this could be a good things to blog about on Mondays! Hopefully next Monday I'll remember to make a new installment LOL.
