I hope everyone is doing well this blustery morning! At least here in Maryland its blustery.. I woke up many times last night with the fleeting thought of how at times I hate my bedroom being on the top floor (windy...hurricane fear LOL).

I feel like things are going well this week. I'm on track with my Monday "I Will" statements. I have not gone for 1 more jog yet though. I wanted to yesterday but I was too sore from my leg workout on Wednesday. I want to today but I don't dig jogging in the wind. I can do 15 degree weather but I can't stand wind...no matter the temps. Well I take that back because if it was really hot out wind would be great! So if the wind lets up today will be jogging day, if not I've got 2 more days in the week.

I did my upper body on Tuesday and Lower on Wednesday. I would like to do a whole body workout this weekend... OR if I don't think I can get that jog in I may do it today.

The getting in bed earlier thing is something to be worked on. emoticon

I think I mentioned that I got a fitbit for Christmas. I'm really liking it so far. It does have me working harder at being more active and it sure has made me aware of just how inactive I can be at times. In the summer when I'm due to be outside I can see now that I'll probably have no issues hitting my step goal for the day. Right now though if I don't make an effort to either go for a walk or go run errands for the day its hard for me to even hit 5000 steps.

I've started using loseit! on my phone. It is one of the few apps that sync with my fitbit so I get an actual measurement of my full day. It brings together my calorie counting, what I actually burn per day, and exercise together in one fell swoop. I wish Sparkpeople would do that because it would be so awesome to have a one stop website for me.

There are honestly so many apps and websites out there which is a good thing but a bad thing. Good in that there is a lot of help to be had for anyone wanting to lose weight.... bad in that I wish there was a 1 stop spot for me. Right now I don't have the patience, nor the time, to log everything I do on multiple sites. So all my logging goes on lose it! for now and Sparkpeople will get the social side of me. So if you never see me enter foods or exercise that is why. That actually bums me out a bit because I feel like I don't get the full effects of sparkpeople.com. Like I said though I just refuse to log info into multiple places. My other goals this year involve time management and I can't be online all day logging stuff! emoticon

    Did you get your run in? Some days it is a pure act of will for me to get out. I know what you mean about running in the wind. It just sucks the air out of you. The strong winds made it up to New England late Friday afternoon. Now it's just COLD!
