This Week I Will... (Jan 16th)

So I think I did pretty well last week. I did work out every day that I wanted to. I did only do the 1 jog. I can deal with cold but I am not a fan of wind and we had quite a windy spurt near the end of the week. I did cardio with my stationary bike and Turbo fire.
I did and upper and lower body workout. I did ok on getting to bed around 11 since many times it was still more like 11:30 or closer to 12.
I did meditate. I use an app and so far I only have to meditate 5 minutes at a time. I don't know that I've really gotten a lot out of meditation yet. I'm curious if anyone on here meditates? I've read so much about how it can help clear the mind and help the thought process. I've read where people said it helped their lives so much. At this point I figure its only 5 minutes so what do I have to lose by trying it? LOL.
Now for this week....
1. 2 jogs this week (I'm about to go do the first).
2. At least 2, preferably 3 strength training sessions.
3. Meditate 2x's.
4. Use Loseit!, and my fitbit to keep my activity level up during the day and calorie count in check.
5. At least once this week get up and exercise in the 6am hour.
