This Week I Will... (Jan 22nd)

My focus this week is the Fast Break goals from Sparkpeople.

Drink 8, 8 oz cups of water.

10 min of cardio exercise a day.

Read from a motivating story or book.

My own personal goals are to continue with:
2x's a week jogging with a 3rd cardio session on Wednesdays.
Weight training at least 4x's this week.
Tracking my calories on the tracker.

Last week was ok. I'm not down any weight. If anything I've put some on because of that lovely woman's time once a month.

I'm just antsy to figure out what is going to work for me. In the past I had quit so many times but I just refuse to give up. Something out there has got to work for me. I know the problem with finding something to work for you is that you have to work it yourself. You can't half work it..you have to commit. I've realized one of my main problems is night time eating so I really do have to work on that. I do great all day to kill it at the end of the day.

So that is what I'm working on for this week. Hope everyone is having a great day!

    I like your goals for this week. I have to regroup and schedule my workouts so it starts working better for me. I've gained a couple pounds in the last couple weeks instead of losing...what's up with that? I think it's eating more carbs than normal - but it's also not enough daily minutes of exercise to compensate. Duh!
