Hey there!
I started keeping a journal of my workouts at the gym this week. I'm really excited about working out at the gym with my boyfriend! We motivate each other and it's a new experience for us together. We went 4 days last week, and plan on going 4 more this week! I'm not going to be so rigid with what I do. My plan is to change it up, and do any cardio for 30 minutes, in whatever order. Today I did 10 min elliptical, 10 min rowing, 10 min stair master. I'm excited that I discovered the rowing machine! I'm also happy to have started using the strength training machines...it's the first time I've done them at this gym because I sort of felt like I didn't know what I was doing. Now I do :) I'm really excited to see changes. I'm not so much interested in seeing myself get smaller now as I am about seeing myself get stronger! I can't wait to have toned muscles, and to start finding exercise easier because of it! :)
