I think I've just gotten realistic! I don't have to do EVERYTHING every day! If I swam for 50 minutes, walked outside for 20 minutes and did a couple of SP videos then I DON'T need to go on the treadmill as well! I don't need to exceed all the time. Setting my targets too high and expecting too much is more likely to lead to failure, even if I only manage 10 mins of exercise then it's better than nothing, but a target of 20 minutes every day is realistic and achieveable - simple!
