Somedays you just don't feel it...

I wish I could pin my finger on exactly why but I'm not really feeling it today. I'm actually thinking I might be catching yet another cold so I'm trying to fight it off with some Emergen-C. I've also been going to bed too late so tonight I'm going to really make a point to get in bed by 11 at the latest.

I haven't jogged since Saturday. I did do cardio Monday, 30 minutes on my stationary bike and I'll probably do that again today also. The weather is gorgeous and I want to jog but I'm physically not feeling it. If anything I'm fighting the desire to take a nap LOL.

Hopefully things will be looking up tomorrow and I'll jog then. Sometimes compromise happens so some exercise is done vs. none. I need to work harder on exercising in the mornings. Things seem to go much better those times!

    Aw, man! I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. What if you took a walk instead of a jog? That would get you outside in the beautiful weather! Maybe that would turn everything around?!

    Hope you are feeling better soon! It is best to listen to your body if you suspect you may be coming down with something especially! Unless your day won't permit it... don't fight that nap -- go for it! It may help.

    I leave my fitness for waaaay too late at night sometimes... I hate when I do that! I agree, it's much better for me when I get mine done on lunch break.
