I start week 3 of Livefit today. The thing I do like about this plan is it does shake things up. You aren't doing the same set of exercises for 12 weeks, or even a month. I think it gives you something to look forward to.

I'm sick again. I swear I don't get it. Another really bad cold. I'm going to do legs today regardless. I'm not coughing, I'm not feverish or anything..I'll p0wer through. I just don't want to get behind or use the excuse of a cold to hold me off.

I keep going up and down with my weight. The other week when I had my monthly I was even up to my highest weight again which is 179. That same week I was watching everything I ate...go figure. Then I was down to 176 and now back up to 178. With not feeling great the last 2 days I didn't focus so hard on exactly what I was eating. I'm keeping at it though...I mean what are my other options? I keep trying because one day I know I'm going to get it right. When people say that losing weight is one of the hardest things they have ever done I get that.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I think I'm going to start coating myself in hand sanitizer.. or hanitizer as my 5 year old calls it.
