SASS Wk1 Challenge

SASS goals: I am committing to work up to 5 days a week for 30 minutes. For me I have to find activities that are fun and doable. I am going to start taking advantage of the classes at the Y and see what I can come up as good fit.

My goals for March is to consistenly track my food and to go back to the basics of measuring my food instead of guesstimatting.
