I just do not get it... I stay within my calorie range atleast six days a week..I'm not going to lie and say seven... my workouts are better then they have ever been. I take a bootcamp class 2-3 times a week. Due to that class my arms are actually forming into arms that just don't consist of fat there is muscle and definition and my legs are smaller. Yet I'm losing NO WEIGHT?? I'm so frustrated and don't get it..any advice??

My boyfriend told me I'm not allowed to weigh in for one month because I'm becoming obsessed with it and it is getting in my head to much..that is going to be hard but I think he is right!!!

I agree with your boyfriend. So many of our goals are focused on the number on the scale (I'm right there with you), but what we sometimes overlook is the little changes that are happening. You mentioned that your arms have muscle. That is AWESOME! That is a reason to celebrate! I bet your clothes fit a little bit better too. The number on the scale does not define you, nor does it tell you overall progress you are making. You are making healthy changes towards a healthy you. The scale will realize that too. I've totally stolen a line from another member: Make the scale react to you, don't react to the scale.

A few other reminders: do you eat enough calories, drink plenty of water and get good sleep? Those can all affect the dreaded scale as well. Focus on celebrating small steps towards health and know we are here cheering for you!
