3/16 Update

I'm almost at the end of Livefit phase 1. I don't feel I've lost weight but I do feel stronger. Yesterday I was able to do 9 pushups on my toes out of 30 which is continuing to improve.

As for the weight loss I do know that fault only falls on my shoulders and I'm not really stressing about it. I've followed Livefit but not her food plan. Over the weekend I want to sit down and plan out the following week, which I have been doing already. What I want to really do is take it a step farther and food prep for the entire week. I think if I do that then there won't be any excuse the food will be prepped. All I will have to do is eat what I have ready.

    emoticon Keep at it! Its great to keep seeing continuous improvement- working up to half the pushups on your toes and finally all of them (seemingly impossible, but it happens!)
    You're adding muscle in phase 1, so don't worry about weight loss... that really isnt supposed to happen much until 2nd half. For me I had a slowww subtle loss- even gained 1 lb one week, and in week 5 it started getting progressively faster (2lbs in week 6)
    Have you taken body measurements? Forget the scale- You'll love what you see there.
