I'm almost at the end of Livefit phase 1. I don't feel I've lost weight but I do feel stronger. Yesterday I was able to do 9 pushups on my toes out of 30 which is continuing to improve.
As for the weight loss I do know that fault only falls on my shoulders and I'm not really stressing about it. I've followed Livefit but not her food plan. Over the weekend I want to sit down and plan out the following week, which I have been doing already. What I want to really do is take it a step farther and food prep for the entire week. I think if I do that then there won't be any excuse the food will be prepped. All I will have to do is eat what I have ready.
