I know I haven't blogged in a while. I'm still around but just didn't have much to say.
This month I'm still exercising but I'm also focusing more on my diet. I have been starting to utilize the Food Lovers Fat Loss way of eating. The main idea behind it is pairing a protein with a slow carb and fast carb at every meal. You also eat more frequently to help speed up your metabolism. So far so good. Its not gimmicky but more common sense eating really.
I also have decided to cut out coffee for now. I wouldn't mind drinking it if I could drink it black. I also wouldn't mind drinking it on occasion BUT I had gotten back to where I felt like I HAD to have it. I don't like that feeling. So in my mind I'm thinking it certainly won't hurt to cut it out since it will also be cutting out added calories for me.
This week I'm hoping to take my boys back up to where we hiked in the fall since they are off for Spring Break. Should be fun!
