Here WE GO!

Tuesday, April 10, 2012

So I started dieting with a weight loss coach about 2 years ago lost big numbers was feeling great. Tried to help a friend out and that kind of hurt me bad but I realized having her move in with me that I am an emotional eater and I'd rather eat my feelings and suffer than hurt someone elses feelings. Well I didn't realize at the same time while I am hiding behind food and emotions that I was also hurting my family. So one day I woke up and told my friend she had to go because she wasn't helping and my family was suffering. In the end I lost a 7yr friendship and gainded back the 32lbs that I had lost.

So I got p90x and realized Tony Horton is not human he can't be that work out is truly insane. LOL gets great results but its insane and right now at the weight that I am it hurts alot. But I did pass it on to a friend and her family so they can get some use out of it with the contract that I need it back eventually. So in the mean time. I am back following the Weight loss doctors diets and I have incorporated much exercise kickboxing 2 days a week aqua aerobics 2days a week 30 min walk at lunch and going out dancing on friday nights its only been a few days but I have to do something to get healthy and live longer for my children. I am 40yrs old now and my goal is not to take any BS from anyone and not to make excuses. So far so good. And with the Lords help I know it can be done. Eventually I want to be able to help other's who are like me the best way to do that is be my own billboard. So once again Here WE GO! and like the Presidential slogan. YES I CAN!!!!!
