TODAY IT IS THREE MONTHS SINCE MY DAUGHTER'S ACCIDENT AND MUCH PAIN AND STRESS FOR ALL OF US. I AM THANKFUL SHE IS SAFE AND HEALTHY AS ARE THE REST OF US.

I FEEL LIKE I CAN NOW BREATH YET I FEAR SOMETHING ELSE WILL HAPPEN AND I AM HAVING A HARD TIME NOT RUNNING ON ADRENALIN. IT'S A STRANGE FEELING AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. HOPEFULLY IT WILL PASS SOON.

I don't have the answer for that one except for the meditation. I seem to always be running on adrenalin...I am learning slowly only because of my heart issues, but frustrating and not sure how to not be on adrenalin... or chaos because my entire life has been chaos...Now I am concentrating on me...I hope to become healthy...I don't know what tomorrow will bring...One day at a time. Meditation helps a LOT! If you got the music I sent you, it helps.

You have done what you could for now. Like Shan, I say Breathe, settle back into your life and be prepared in case it happens again. It is all you can do and maintain your sanity... Advice I am trying to take myself, will let you know how it goes for me!

Meditation is a great way to help alleviate the stress and anxiety. Here is a website that is helpful for beginners in meditation. http://kumoacupuncture.com/resource
s/printouts/Meditation.pdf It takes practice but I'm finding that when I'm feeling anxious over things (usually my 20 year old) I go through the meditation steps. I no longer need my anxiety medication!

My prayers will be with you!

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly... life will get back to normal, everything is only temporary in this life. Try making a list or just thinking about anything in your life that is good and be thankful for that... it helps, I promise!
