I need a new left Knee!

So back on track with my exercising and eating right. But having an issue with my left knee its either sore or won't pop. Whats the deal with that? Some folks say do squats and some say don't. When you think about it why not squat we do it all day anyway in the car at the office at the dinner table and on the toilet we are just a bunch of squatters anyway. LOL emoticon. but what is there to do to strengthen my knee. It just feels like you have that knuckle in your finger that needs to crack ? it feels a little like that. But you know what I am not going to let that stop me. I am going to keep going and I suppose when the weight comes off slowly the knee pain will go also but in the mean time and in between time any suggestions. I am open to them. emoticon

    I've been having problems with my knees too, since becoming more active than before. I am also hoping that as the weight slowly comes off, that it will stop the pain. Want to thank you for the chuckle you gave me today...this "squatter" really needed it! :) As for suggestions, I would recommend using hot/cold compresses or Icy Hot has always worked for me. Have a great day!
