Weekly Blog and Water

I have been a member of Spark people since Nov. 2010 but didn't really get involved until Jan 2011. I am stating this because it has been 1 year and 4mo of logging and blogging.
In the "BIG" scheme of things I have been consistent but when you break it down weekly or daily. Some days and weeks have been good and some not so good. Bottom line!! I am still here and still trying to get fit and lead a better life. For the most part I am aware DAILY of my accomplishments or my failures so that in itself is a good thing.
Being AWARE of what one eats and what one does is a good step towards success. I will continue to be AWARE and make healthy choices and always always move... Whether it's a short walk on the greenbelt or water aerobics I MUST keep moving. Dance to the laundry room. Lunge with that vacuum cleaner while vaccuuming the floors. Work those obliques and those thighs... Well, at least I do that.:) I always dance through my house.(my dogs think I'm crazy but they don't complain) They love Old Skool and the 70's too :) Just keep moving Sparkies. We can do this..
