Trying to Keep Moving

I have tried to become more involved in moving. This includes sports and exercise.
I take water aerobics 3 x's a week. I have started to learn how to play pickleball(similiar to raquetball/tennis/ping pong) and have taken up golf 2x's a week.
I also walk with my husband and our two dogs at least 3 or 4 times a week about 20minutes.
I am hopeful this will help me in my journey to fitness. I know all this won't chase away my disease but at least I can try and maintain a level of fitness that will help me deal with my disease.
