My June goal is very simple, I want to get as close to weighing 135 pounds as I can by the end of the month. That is a 10 pounds loss, to reach by the end of June. So, more realistically, if I could just break into the 130's I would be happy. Maybe, 139 pounds? That definitely sounds good. It makes me feel good to achieve some of the goals that I set, that I wasn't even sure I could achieve.
The reason 135 pounds was my original target weight, is that at that point I will no longer be over weight according to my BMI.
Now, if my BP will cooperate and realize that it is a healthy weight for my heart, we're good. But seriously, I will probably battle high blood pressure the rest of my life. All, I can do is give 100% each day. Sometimes when life is busy, it may not be 100% to exercise, but it will be 100% to a well-balanced life.
