This morning I got out and wogged 3 1/2 miles. Wogging, to all you newbies, is what I call walking/jogging. I have found the best pace for me is to walk 2 minutes and jog 3 minutes. I can do that for 3 miles. (ok, when I see someone else on the trail I have to run so they don't see me walking. heeheehee)
Tonight we are leaving on vacation. We are headed to southern Missouri to visit family and fish (and a little drinking and eating too much - ok I'll wog down there too) anyway, I'm taking my computer, but I don't know how the connection will be, so if you don't see me for a while, I didn't drop off the face of the earth!
