One more week

Ok the 1/2 marathon in Missoula is a week from today. I ran (wogged) 4 times last week and my ankle and shoulder hurt, my calves are stiff. So I just walked about 4 miles today. I will get out and wog about 3 or 4 miles tomorrow, then I will just do my workout stuff in the house but nothing too strenuous. I want to be well rested, but still able to do it. What do you all do the week before a race?
