Smiling softly as this blog begins. Yes of course my heart is FULL~over flowing at that! Any place across this world wide if one would ask for flowers, ready for purchasing, possibly photographing, or just longing to enjoy some quite time among the glorious beauty of colorful flowers in bloom~ahhhh oh yessss maybe FULLLL BLOSSOM HAS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE~
. Truly so it seems, flowers add happiness, beauty, often a youthful feeling, MMMmmmm sweetly so~ of course saving the best for Last~ Flowers ANYWHERE can bring about that precious feeling of Love.
It was this very day, that I realized I have a flower in my life, and it lives in my heart, AS WELL AS IN MY HOUSE. It's name is Lela Mae, all it takes are her twinkling BIG CHOCOLATE KISS EYES, & her "heaven sent" ELECTRIC CONTAGIOUS SMILE, when she enters my bedroom each morning with her bouncy personality, "Good Morning Momma! What are we going to do today???" MAGICALLY A FEW FLOWERS JUST BLOOMED~I do blieve they had to be ROSES!
Today was extra special. What started out as "ordinary," became INCREDIBLE! In days gone by Lela and I would take walks, as most of you know; however those have been replaced by "drive time get aways for us. We were headed the direction of where my Mum's Mother lives. We hadn't had a chance to see her for close a year, or longer. I said so Cheerfully "Lela Mae, LET'S GO SEE GREAT GRANDMA ROSIE!!" Another flower bloomed with her smile more radiant than the early afternoon sun~
. Soo that we did. Went to see Great Grandma Goetz, who treasured our surprise company! We so enjoyed time with her too.
Upon leaving there, Lela let me know she couldn't remember what Great Grandma's farm looked like (several years ago, the family moved her to town after my Granddad passed away). Extended Girl Time! We drove the rest of the way to Park, Kansas and at least 10 miles out in the country, where Lela not only got to see the farm, but had the chance to go in and explore~ yessss another flower bloomed. Her heart was soooo fullllll, she was touched, and especially grateful, as my Uncle Albert (Mum's little brother) showed up to see who was driving around the farm. He and my Aunt live Right There near the farm. I'd told Lela he would be there within 5 minutes, and he was! We shared many hugs, a few tears~he'd not seen me since before my accident and his heart just shattered when he hugged me. His heart is soooo BIG~ I Love Him So Very Much!
He let us know we had better go see Aunt KayAnn, or we'd be in DUTCH! WORSE YET HE WOULD BE~LOL! Soooo another surprise visit. All the way around this was a day so very treasured. God is Good! It was nearly impossible for me to walk by the time we were leaving Aunt KayAnn and Uncle Albert's home~full body tremmors, and a que that we had over done it more than a bit. Twas worth it though. This side of the family we truely do not see more than once every few years, and they are only 40 miles away. Lela and I aim to CHANGE THAT~SHE DIDN'T REMEMBER THEM, AND ADORED THEM SO VERY MUCH!
Now she is ready for me to talk to Uncle Albert to see if he would be willing to rent the farm house to us. We feel certain we wouldn't be charged $550 per month as we are for this small house, and she is soooo Ready to leave Oakley, as am I. Home schooling is the plan for the next few years, upon Lela's request~considering she gets so very sick and remains ill most of every school year. That can be done from ANYWHERE. Why not from right next door to a favorite Aunt & Uncle, and in the home my Grandma and late Grandpa Raised my Mum and her other 7 siblings????? Lela always has great ideas!!!!!
This couldn't have been a more Precious Day!!! God Bless Lela for asking to take one of our Girl time drives, with her camera for our photo shoots out in the middle of nowhere. We will go back to the farm, as she has some wonderful photo shoot ideas already falling together. My
has flower gardens fulllll of flowers in GORGEOUS BLOOM! Thank you Lord For this most beautiful day shared with family on my Mum's side, who warmed our hearts in the most precious of ways.
Angel Blessings Always,
