I do this every year and I am scared and excited about it. Last year my goal was to get under 200lbs....Well I am hovering around 199-201 so I made it...The only thing is that I was at 190 for 1 week...I got excited and rewarded myself with 450g of chocolate covered JuJubes....WELL THATS WHEN IT FELL APART:( Being all confident and arrogant thinking I now can DO IT...

My GOAL is starting on my Birthday I will not spend any money on Chocolate....IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO BREAK A HABIT OR 21 DAYS TO FORM A HABIT!
I WILL NOT OVERINDULGE IN CHOCOLATE...I WANT TO B HONEST TO MYSELF AND OTHERS
