Whenever I look at my pounds lost I get frustrated as it used to say 62 and now is 49 BUT I have lost 13 since I started tracking again in June and the July Dark Side Team challenges are really helping which is a good thing RIGHT!

At least I'm going in the right direction. Only 13 more lbs to go and I'm back to where I was before I got lazy and stopped tracking.

Our team challenges really help especially as everyone is so supportive and FUN!

Don't give up ever! I call it back sliding, but keep tracking and staying the course. My weight various with salt intake which I crave, besides food intake, and I know frustration... glad you are working on it again, remember there are a bunch of us in this same situation.

Hey you wonderful woman, you can do it but you're just having a BWD a bad weight day which for me is one of them days where I feel like giving up and then folks like you and the progress I made, make me keep going. You can do it but then you know this since you have been doing it. Just keep replaying where you at to where you are and you'll find your motivation. I think you're doing awesome in my book! emoticon emoticon

Been there. It's hard to be happy until you get back to where you fell off but just try to remember how proud you were the first time around. That is ALOT of weight you deserve to be proud. emoticon
