After 2 days of driving and 2 days of working, I haven't wogged since Monday. Wow, I amazed that after only 5 days I lost a lot of what I worked toward. I want to do a 10K on Aug. 4th, I did get in 4 miles, but it was a slow 4 miles. I'm working all week next week, I just don't get up and get out so early. I would have to get out and get back to get a shower and be at work at 7:30. I know some of you do that, but, I don't know.
