Today marks 8 days into my diet bet. I have 4 lbs and some change that I have left to lose to hit my goal. I am feeling good about things. We had a company party on Saturday and I did good at not overeating. We also ate out later that evening at Outback and I chose a small steak and some vegetables.

This week I am focusing on continuing my efforts. I am continuing with strength 2 times a week and cardio 5 times. I am also going to work on going back to clean and simpler eating. I think its much easier to keep track of calories that way.

Its supposed to be cooler all this week so I may even take an attempt at jogging again. Lol.
