i went over in calories today and its hard because it is friday and i wanted a couple drinks. i ate little today and walked for an hour and 45 minutes but i still feel bad about it. drinkers remorse emoticon

    You just need to learn what's good for your body and what's not. You need to start eating healthy food so that your body can get used to a good change and eat that way long enough to make the changes good habits.
